What We Offer

Our Specialties include:

At Top-Gun Carpet Care Specialist, we go beyond carpet cleaning to offer a full range of services tailored to your home or business. Our expertise includes upholstery cleaning, tile and grout restoration, and carpet stretching, as well as fabric protection, dyeing, and repairs to keep your interiors looking their best. We proudly serve both residential and commercial clients, offering flexible appointment times to fit your schedule. As a family-owned business with over 45 years of experience, we’re committed to delivering trusted, high-quality service with a personal touch.

Our Services include:

Carpet Cleaning - Basic Standard Cleaning: Our Basic Standard Cleaning is the perfect economical option when your carpets need a fresh, revitalized appearance. We begin by thoroughly vacuuming the areas to be cleaned, followed by the application of a pre-spray treatment designed to loosen and remove ground-in oily soils. Using truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment and a standard manual scrub wand, we clean your carpet from two directions to lift dirt and restore freshness. After cleaning, we apply a professional residue-free neutralizer to help prevent rapid resoiling, followed by a scented deodorizer for a clean, pleasant scent. The service is completed with carpet raking to reset the carpet pile and enhance its appearance.
Carpet Cleaning - Deluxe Rotary Cleaning: Our Deluxe Rotary Cleaning service is designed for a deeper clean and superior carpet restoration. The process begins with a thorough vacuuming and application of a pre-spray solution to break down embedded dirt and oils. We provide extra pre-spotting and special attention to tough stains before cleaning with a truck-mounted hot water extraction system and a Rotary-Jet floor machine. This advanced equipment cleans from all directions with up to 1,500 mechanical passes per minute, delivering exceptional soil removal and restoring carpet pile. We finish with a residue-free neutralizing treatment to reduce resoiling, a scented deodorizer, and carpet raking to leave your carpets looking and feeling refreshed.
Tile & Grout Cleaning: Our tile and grout cleaning process combines high-pressure spray jets and nylon brush bristles to effectively remove dirt, grime, and buildup from tile surfaces and grout lines. Depending on your flooring needs, we can use heated or unheated water to maximize cleaning performance. As the brushes scrub and the jets loosen contaminants, powerful vacuum extraction removes the dirty water, leaving your tile sparkling clean and your grout looking bright again. To help maintain your results, we also offer grout sealing services that protect grout lines, keep them cleaner longer, and make routine maintenance easier.
Upholstery Cleaning: Our upholstery cleaning service is tailored to the unique needs of your furniture. We begin with a detailed inspection to identify any permanent stains, wear, or damage and discuss our findings with you. Next, we vacuum the upholstery to remove loose debris and pre-treat any spots or problem areas. We then clean the furniture according to the manufacturer's fabric care recommendations to ensure safe and effective results. Once the cleaning is complete, we review the finished work with you and answer any questions. We proudly serve both residential and commercial customers with flexible scheduling options. As a family-owned business with more than 40 years of experience, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality service with a personal touch.

Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?

Yes. In addition, vacuuming is essential to the longevity of your carpet. You should vacuum your carpet as often as possible.

Do you move furniture?

When necessary, we will move and replace small furniture in its original position.
We will not move musical instruments, grandfather clocks, most beds, full China hutches, full bookshelves, entertainment centers, pool tables. We reserve the right not to move any piece of furniture or household object we do not feel comfortable with.

Should I have fabric protector applied after cleaning?

Yes, most carpet manufacturers recommend that you reapply protector after cleaning to restore the original stain resistance. Some manufacturers even require it as part of the warranty of the carpet.

Should I move anything?

Yes, you should remove all nick knack and breakables from the areas to be cleaned.

How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?

Industry standard says 12-24 hours. However, we have found dry times typically range from 4-12 hours. Dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow.

How long before I can walk on my carpet?

You can walk on your carpet immediately but is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.

Does cleaning your carpet make it wear out faster?

No, actually dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in your carpet or fabrics and should be removed to reduce wear.

Will you remove all my stains?

Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove. There is a difference between a spot and a stain:
• A spot is any foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that is removable by standard cleaning methods. The foreign material is on or around the carpet fiber.
• A stain is foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) on carpet that is not usually removable by standard cleaning methods. The foreign material has penetrated (soaked into) the fiber and has changed or damaged the fiber itself. Some stains may be impossible to remove.
